The City is an interactive learning playground that recognizes the importance of high-quality role play for 2 to 8 year-old children.
Established in Singapore as its first learning playground and now expanding in Singapore and Overseas, The City supports children’s imagination and creativity by giving them a platform to do so – enabling them to transform themselves into Cooks, Cashiers, Doctors, Nurses, Teachers, Policemen and many more while dressed in the respective uniforms and outfits.
To further engage them, The City provides realistic first-of-its-kind environments and scenarios where kids can drive on mini streets, and explore small-scale real-life locations, such as the supermarket, cafe, beauty salon, medical clinic and more.
The City offers children a stimulating free play together with a series of thematic programs and guided activities designed by senior educators specifically for its environment including practicing mathematics through budgeting and shopping with play money in the supermarket, Learning about the human body, nutrition, health, and hygiene in the Medical clinic, Practice team collaboration to accomplish a challenge or solve a problem in the Superheroes room and more.

- Types of Training Provided:
We developed a comprehensive training program to ensure franchisees learn how to successfully operate and manage The City Centre independently. The training will be delivered before the opening and will include the following:
The trainings will be conducted in person, both at The City Centre in Liang Court and at the franchisee Centre.
The trainings for the Franchisee/Centre Manager and Team Leaders will be conducted as a train-the-trainer
Additional Trainings on new guided activities, campaigns and operations will be delivered on a regular basis
We will be conducting monthly coaching sessions with the Franchisee/Centre Manager
- Types of Marketing Support provided:
The City marketing team will work with you on an ongoing basis, before, during and after opening your Centre. We will show you how to conduct a successful grand opening, develop brand awareness in your neighborhood and community, attract new customers including walk-ins, party/event owners and schools while retaining existing ones. We will also support your local efforts by creating awareness for The City through national advertising, promotions and public relations.
The City will be providing the following key marketing support:
Official Web Site – We will add your Centre to our corporate web site (www.thecity.com.sg) allowing you to leverage the high traffic and the investment we’re putting in SEO (Search Engine Optimization). You can also use our templates, graphics and content for your own pages
Social Media – We will guide you how to set up your Centre social media presence in Facebook/Google+ etc. leveraging The City online assets and know how (i.e. www.facebook.com/TheCitySingapore)
Online Marketing – We will guide you on where, how and what campaigns/ads/promotions to run in order to generate higher traffic and grow your business
Targeted marketing for School visits & The City Enrichment Programs – we will guide you on the right campaigns and marketing activities needed to address this targeted markets
The City Members Club & Customers Database – we will guide you on how to maintain your customer databases in terms of IT tools (CRM), recommended channels and proven campaigns/promotions
